We went back and told everyone we got sidetracked from whore duties and clubbed with Jin instead. 8D

School resumes tomorrow and I am going to sound like a nerd for saying this BUT I AM FRICKIN' EXCITED. Not for the classes but for being with my friends again. I've missed them terribly. But that also means less time for fandom because I realized last year that it was impossible to juggle both. ): Anyhoo, my first class tomorrow is Intro to Aesthetics. I am kind of excited. :D

HAPPY 2ND GETTING-INTO-JE ANNIVERSARY TO ME!

I wanted to do something as epic as the JE History/Timeline I put together last year but I just didn't have the materials/time to properly compile everything. I could always just wing one out right now but it'd be half-assed and I don't want that. (Excuses, Ionne. Excuses. u_u)

~~Besides, not a lot has changed since two years ago.~~ LOL OKAY, I OBVIOUSLY LAI. A lot has changed. For starters, I've narrowed my dedication down to just one band and if you can't figure out which one it is then you may seriously have problems. D: I still get updated on NEWS but only through the lovely people in my flist. I've completely dropped my love for K8 with the exception of Ryo (but that's a given) and Ohkura (I feel deeply for that boy but I mostly blame purebloodqueen and her JinOhkura fantasies for it). The juniors still scare me but I am proud to say that I know three of them by name and face now! *___* I've also recently started getting into FIVE but that's KAT-TUN's fault entirely.

So, thinking about it, there are actually only two definite things that haven't changed. One, is that I still know zilch about the sempais. And two, is that my love for KAT-TUN has grown by unimaginable numbers. And I know it'll keep going in that direction for the next three, four, ten years to come! I love my bb badboy sluts tremendously. ♥

Speaking of bb badboy sluts, they've been doing a lot of fanservice lately (and by "they" I really just mean "Kame") and it's kind of scaring me. It's not something that just happens around here. My theory is that they drugged the boy ~~gang raep!!~1~1!``~~ The KoKame still makes me cringe, though. Just, no. ): Another thing that makes me sadface is that they still haven't brought out Messenger. ): It's Queen Jin's day today. I'll be counting on him!

The following photographs are part of a trial shoot for a little photography project I set for myself. I'm going to base photoshoots on KAT-TUN songs, DUN DUN DUN! It's going to be creatively called "KAT-TUN Discography Photo Project" which is annoyingly long so I'm open for suggestions. Anyway. I already have plans laid out for WATER DANCE. I really hope they push through! (And don't worry I don't think I'll ever model for any of them again. I'm just as sick of my face as you are, and I can't model for shit anyway, so I'm definitely getting real models for future shoots! *grabby hands*)

If you haven't guessed yet, first up is 1582. Mad, mad love for this song. ♥ The photographs are a fusion of the song's cutesy "ichi・go・pan・tsu" (strawberry panties) wordplay, and what it's actually saying (which, in contrary to its cuter counterpart, is actually quite dark; read it for yourself). huh. that's funny. i took the liberty of searching and going through their LJ's and i found stuff written by me in there as well (particularly kim's). our tag lists are very similar. the way we label our journals are very similar. some descriptions in our userinfos are very similar. i even found something in one of her few public posts that was directly taken from my JE anniversary post. (and i believe there are a lot of other stolen stuff in her locked entries as well.) your layout headers are also very similar. it's hard NOT to think you're the same person, lol. and i have evidence. don't even try to deny it.

Someone from the DBSG fandom stole it word for fucking word and just changed the names. And, what do you know, "boozeberry" happens to be one of my net names too (I actually already registered that in LJ, she just added an extra "o" to hers), because she probably thought she'd get away with it if she used the same name. She even copied some of my interests! NOW THEY'RE IN HYPERLINK, THAT BITCH. :(

Anyway, she locked all her entries but I become ~~wise~~ instinctive when in rage so I screencapped them for proof: 01 02 03 04 05.

I also managed to get just one other set of screencaps of her "fic", so just check anyway, it could be yours, because I honestly don't think this is the first time she's done it: 01 02 03.

It's been three days since MOUSE PEACE started and I couldn't be more pleased with the booming activity it has brought to captain_u. I am the proudest momma in the world right now! ♥

I'm sure most of y'all have already heard/read repos about the con and its less than subtle S&M themes. I haven't been able to stop thinking about it (because, really, who could?) and in a train of ~*deep*~ contemplation, I was able to come up with a few points I'd like to hear your thoughts on!

I was thinking that naming the con MOUSE PEACE (with the addition of the distinctly cutesy theme of the con goods) might've actually been a harmless deception. From there you'd think the con itself would be all cutesy and gay but Ueda managed to turn all that around. He might've intended to deliver a BIGGU SHOCKU!!!``~1!` element from the very beginning, which is exactly what he has done and in the hottest way possible kthx.

The sexual undertones in the concepts and imagery presented aren't exactly subtle. If anything, they are way, way *out there*. I mean, girls chained to his arms and belt? And a harem of doll slaves dressed in pretty Lolita dresses dancing around a huge throne where he sits his pretty little ass on as King? And "live your life with my command, it's time to bend your knees"? And fucking hell, THE WHIP? I am now more convinced than ever (and I say 'more than ever' because I always knew he had it in him :P) that he's inclined to these kinds of things in his private life. NOT THAT I'M COMPLAINING THOUGH. I welcome his love for sexual kinks with open arms. *O*

And omg can I just spazz a little about the con goods? Because KAT-TN mascots being his slaves just wins so much. Trust Ueda to come up with these ideas. (I'm sure KAT-TN aren't complaining anyway because, really, who wouldn't want to be Ueda's bitch? :|) And guys, don't even get me started on the pamphlet. NRRRGGGHHH.

I hope Johnny grows a heart in due time and decides to release a DVD of this one. I already missed half of my life when I let this concert pass by. I don't wanna lose the other half that just wants to see ~~the whip~~ Ueda in action even at least through my TV screen. ;___;

Y'all probably know by now that I don't exactly adore Jin but I base my indifference solely on what I see on clips and magazines and everything else that is out there. Yeah, I find it arrogant of him when he speaks random English during interviews (it used to be cute when he didn't know what the hell he was saying, but now I feel like sometimes he's just trying too hard to impress people with the AMAJING ENGLISH he has gained). And yeah, I find it annoying when he does that thing with his mouth, OH GOD JIN, STOP IT. But I would never, ever, EVER make shallow assumptions that he's a jerk in real life. Because there is just no way I would ever know. (Unless he sleeps with me then leaves me the next morning and I proceed to expose his deepest, darkest ~*real life*~ secrets because you gaiz would totally believe me, right?) No one would ever really, truly know. Not even when they talk about it themselves.

It has become so easy to spin golden lies these days so I really don't get how some people could still believe such assumptions. If you had some sort of encounter and he had been a TOTAL SNUB OF A BITCH!!1!!`1!, it should cross your mind at least once that it's actually possible that he was just having a bad day because, idek, his dog just died? Or he broke up with his girlfriend of five years, or he just got casted into another drama with Taguchi ~~sorry, I just had to sneak that in~~, or he simply doesn't want nameless faces coming up to him. And even if the jerk theories were correct, I don't think they would make him any less of a walking sexmachine SO WHO RLY CARES?

Two words: fucking win. Just the kind of thing I needed before college starts to get busy officially. I was supposed to be DUES!Ueda as the Queen of Pirates but since I didn't haven enough time to prepare, I just ended up looking like an elaborate rag. I literally just grabbed the most peasant-looking, oversized polo shirt from my Dad's closet, folded the sleeves, wore random black accessories with it then donned a pirate hat. I didn't even bother to style my hair or put some pants on (literally - I wore shorts because I couldn't be bothered wearing toit black pants with the heat). I'm sorry I murdered your costume, Uebon. I promise to put together a less stingy version when I actually get the time. :D

OU AND YAY I FINALLY GOT TO BE REUNITED WITH ~~some of~~ MY CRUNKY BUDDIES. *GLOMPTACKLERAPE* A celebration of sorts for the anniversary of our first ever meet-up. :D But yea, yesterday was awesome. The only lowlight I could think of is that we didn't get to see any look-alikes. We're guessing they've changed their names and faces and everything because they got overflowing amounts of molestation from us a year ago. WE HAVE NO ONE TO BLAME BUT OURSELVES. *SOBS*

I should be mighty pissed right now because I am without both NHK and highspeed intrntz and I desperately need to see SCP because I've been informed of Ueda donning toit leather pants but today - May 19, 2008 - is my one-year-into-the-JE-fandom anniversary so I can't afford to be sulky! 8D

Despite how whiny and shallow I just made myself sound, I'm actually an extremely sentimental person and I make it a point to note down and remember things that may seem trivial and insignificant to everyone else. I carry a tiny calendar with me everywhere with all occasions - birthdays and appointments, the firsts and even the lasts - marked, and getting into the JE fandom is no exception. In celebration, I've decided to make a little JE timeline of sorts. I know you lot probably don't care but I'm doing this anyway because 1) I swear there's gold in here somewhere and; 2) I don't ever want to forget. :D

I. How It Happened

Last year's May 19 was Mangaholix Mania (an annual convention held here in the Philippines) and I went with purebloodqueen (Ira - for future reference) who pretty much started everything for me. It was vague, and will probably bore y'all to death if put in detail, but the key ~*initiation points*~ were 1) a truckload of KoyaShige fics Ira brought along incase we got bored and; 2) receiving a data disc from spurnd (full of KAT-TUN faggotry material, as I later found out).

The event was actually not boring so faggotry material #1 was stripped off of its original purpose but towards the end of the day, while we were waiting for Ira's dad to come pick us up, they finally got to be of some use. She had printed out so many fics and I wish I could put a name on each of them but I'm afraid the only thing I remember was KoyaShige being all touchy-feely on the lawn in Koyama's backyard or sthn. It had been such a task understanding and visualizing the fics since I had no idea who the hell the characters were. D:

And that, people, was when my JE 101 classes with Ira-sensei began. It had been our summer vacation then so she gave me lessons over our messengers. The online learning experience was a colorful blur of links to pimp posts and 'HOW THE FUCK DO YOU TELL THEM APART!?'s and weekly name-that-JE-guy tests. It was tough, but slowly, I found that I was actually capable of learning! *O*

Later into the month, we found out that we were going to be in the same class for the upcoming school year and then and there we decided that we were going to abuse the opportunity to further prep me up for the wonderful world of JE! *O* And so, we resumed our classes, this time with a whole lot more visuals which included character charts, learn-your-Kanji tables and... more fanfiction (I needed some sort of break and fanfiction was a perfect excuse).

Uh. Go figure.

I was able to graduate JE 101 with flying colors and, soon enough, I was able to stand completely on my own. The learning experience was not easy, especially for someone who never thought in a billion years she'd ever get into a Japanese boy bands fandom. But the splitting headaches were totally worth it. I love this fandom ~~wank or without wank~~. :D ♥

II. Triviaaaa

My first ever JE-related entry in LJ looked a little something like this.

First JE person I ever got to know by name: Yamapi. All I had to do was associate him with 'manboobs'. Peace of cake! :|

First random clip I ever saw: Kame's french maid cosplay in Merengue no Kimochi dated 2005.12.24 (from faggotry material #2 I mentioned earlier).

I can't believe I actually called Kame 'extremely pretty'. D: AND HAHA KAME AS IRA'S (EX)OTL? I'm still laughing at you, bb. :P ♥

First DVD rip: Making of SIGNAL. In which Ueda Tatsuya ripped my heart out of my chest and pummeled it with the fairy hammer of ultimate love and glee. I had no idea what his name was and in the mean time referred to him as 'that pretty man who I bet owns a vagina'. IDEK IT WAS ~*LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT*~ OKAI. Which, I'm often told, is weird. Apparently, no one has ever seen/heard of anyone who got Ueda-baited into fandom before. LOL!

First KAT-TUN people I was able to fully distinguish: Ueda (duh) and Koki (only because he was tough gangster shit and bald).

Last KAT-TUN people I wes able to fully distignuish: Jin and Junno. I found it so hard to tell them apart, believe it or not. O_O I was only able to tell through time because I'd always associate Junno with Ueda and he eventually became 'Ueda's manslave' in my eyes, and Jin was just kind of... there. IDEK. I didn't like Jin very much.

First in NEWS: Ryo (and only because I knew him as 'the evil guy who used to always pick on Ueda').

Last in NEWS: Tegoshi and Massu. I remember (about one month after I was introduced to NEWS) watching that MS episode wherein they were guests and Ira was like OMG TEGOMASS and I was like ...WHO? O_O

First in Kanjani 8: Ryo and Uchi. Because I already knew who Ryo was and in 99.9% of his pictures, Uchi had been attached to his arm. Yeah, he was pretty hard to miss.

Last in Kanjani 8: I... don't really know. I just woke up one day and knew who they were. O_O

Ira and I call each other 'Kame' and 'Tat-chan' in real life (her being Kame, I being Tat-chan) and I am totally not kidding. It started off as a joke but it grew on us and we haven't been able to stop. We don't really call each other by our real names anymore. *slightly troubled*

I'm not really big on the sempai/junior groups, sry2say. D: I mean I know ~~some of~~ them but I only update myself on the three abovementioned units.

The first time I ever actually decided to watch Shounen Club, Ueda happened to be the guest (Uedamania episode asdfghjkl ♥). It's called luv, people.

There was this thing in our highschool called 'Speak for a Star'. It's a weekly thing and the objective is to speak only in English during lessons. You do it as a class and if one fucks up, you don't get a star. It's pretty big because you get certificates and extra points in exams depending on the number of certificates you collect. ANYWAAAAY. It was the last day of the week and our class was doing pretty damn well until I slipped during Physics class and said something in Tagalog and I was leik OHNOES then the teacher was leik 'if you dance for us, I'll give your class a star' and I was leik OKAY BRING IT then I dragged Ira to the front and we danced and sang to Chirarizumu AND Zukkoke Otokomichi. THE SHAAAAMMMMEEE. D: D: D: But we got our star in the end so yay. FOR THE TEAM.

I guess that was when the involvement of JE in our class's entries in competitions started. Our biggest and most memorable break was at our first ever competition.

It was nutrition month and our class had to do a skit promoting nutrition and shit. We altered the lyrics of Zukkoke Otokomichi to suit the theme and danced to it in fruit/veggies costumes. WE EMERGED AS CHAMPIONS, FCK YEA. ON OUR VERY FIRST TIME! *O*

Next up was science&math week and we had to play out a scientist's life. We chose Galileo so we could do the solar system. We danced to Sukiyanen, Osaka and instead of the cartoon sun as props, we had cartoon planets. We won first runner-up. 8D

Last we ever used was the intro of Naniwa Iroha Bushi as the BGM for a tribal catwalk. Won 3rd runner-up, baby. ~~But I've got no pictures to prove it.~~ 8D

(Note: Our classmates had/have no idea what the fuck K8/JE is. Ira and I gave them the songs and taught them the moves and all they did was follow. LMFAO. I feel kind of sorry for them, now that I think about it. D:)

We made a presentation on the life of St. Rose of Lima and I managed to squeeze Ohkura Tadayoshi's face in it. How? Find out for yourself.

Ira and I used to bring cake to school to celebrate the boys' birthdays. Most epic cake experience was when we baked three of them at my place for a two-person party for Uchi, Yassu and Nakamaru.

D: Apparently, they're only there to take your JE virginity then you're supposed to move on and develop better taste but I haven't quite reached that stage yet and I don't think I'm about to anytime soon.
